Time & Attendance Management

This feature automates time tracking. The time at punch in and punch out of an employee is recorded, giving managers the ability to easily monitor attendance and absences.
Organizations who currently use biometric devices or smart cards can import data from those systems and process the attendance for all employees in one go.

SysforeHRMS allows for attendance record processing in either of two ways:

  • Import Time & Attendance Record Files from a third-party system
  • Allow HR team to record attendance within the HR module by day, by employee

SysforeHRMS provides a predefined template defined as a comma separated values (.csv) file. Time and Attendance Data for the month has to be prepared in this predefined format, and imported into the HRMS using the import function provided. The import process validates the data for errors and presents the HR user the ability to rectify errors and complete the import process.

Once the import process is completed, the payroll process can be run, which uses the base attendance data and proceeds with a series of steps or backend processes to assess for any other system parameters like approved leaves, loan EMI’s, overtime, approved expense reimbursements etc. that affect each record before calculating final payroll amount for each record.

Payroll processing is a two-step process, that allows for a second level approval before being finally executed.
