Requirements

When enrolling as a partner for SysforeHRMS, we expect you to satisfy these basic requirements:
  • Experience in HRM consulting and implementation
  • Sales and marketing resources within your organization
  • Customer references from previous engagements
  • At least one sales focused personnel and one technical /IT personnel
  • Must sign and accept Partner Agreement

Notes on 2nd Level Technical Assistance


Technical assistance is provided to a Partner only for the following:
  • If a problem is reported that is assessed to have been directly caused by a software bug, documentation error or unsupported feature
  • The incident (issue) should be reproducible, as in Sysfore should be able to re-create the issue on its own systems
  • Cannot involve custom coding or consulting
  • Issue is not related to interoperability with any third-party products, or customized code and is assessed as being caused due to non-adherence to standard guidelines and specifications
